Engineering/Air Quality Permitting

Bleyhl Farm Services received various cereal grains, processes them as livestock feed and stores them on-site prior to sale.  YRCAA issued a Notice of Violation and Bleyhl hired Fulcrum Environmental to investigate the source of fugitive emissions and evaluate control measures.  Spring Environmental provided professional engineering oversight and project management.

Spring Environmental investigated and evaluated sources of fugitive dust emissions, then recommended methods and means to modify equipment to minimize fugitive emissions as well as provided specifications for new control equipment.  Oversight on negotiations with local air pollution authority, and installation and operation of equipment were provided.  An engineering report was submitted and the appropriate air quality permits applied for and obtained.
